Home Retention Specialist
The National Firm, LLC has a fulltime opening for a Home Retention Specialist in their Grandview, Ohio location.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
 Solicit borrowers who are in default status to determine appropriate workout solutions in an effort to avoid foreclosure and mitigate loss. Monitor case management software to-do list Analyze loan information Administrative duties including creating letters and mailings
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Also requires good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to work 11:00am – 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.
