Excel in this versatile role as you utilize daily your high attention to detail to manage a wide variety of administrative assignments. As the strong right arm to the Managing Director, you will maintain up-to-date calendar appointments, schedule meetings, process correspondence and letters, coordinate travel arrangements and distribute detailed itineraries, answer and screen phone calls, and assist with photocopying/filing documents. You will also need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism to directly communicate with other team members and clients on business topics.

 

Top candidates should have at least 5 years of administrative experience, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, a Bachelor’s degree, and adhere to multiple deadlines with great focus.
