Head of Corporate Sales and Services Description Description:Job Summary and Mission:As a Head of Corporate Sales and Services in the CEFS department you are responsible for the sale of corporate equity companesation plans sales, on-boarding of new corporate clients and on-going corporate client relationship management.Key Responsibilities: - Create a process to objectively evaluate a prospect; conduct market research to assess the opportunity, and develop a proactive strategy to target the right prospects.- Develop and maintain relationships with important potential client introducers, e.g., third-party benefit consultants, UBS investment bank. Responsible for corporate marketing events (e.g., NASPP) and for representing CEFS with prospects.- Working with field management (i.e., Regional Managers and Market Area Managers), determine the qualifications for Financial Advisors to participate in the sales process, as well as ensuring adequate sales coverage in key market areas.- Manage the sales pipeline via a dedicated team of sales managers and sales support professionals. Run the corporate lead assignment process. Work in partnership with lead FAs to cover sales prospects- Coordinate the RFP process. Ensure that all responses are accurate, complete and delivered within requested deadlines.- Responsible for all contract negotiations, including managing the legal resources dedicated to these negotiations. Ensure that all non-standard commitments to clients have been vetted with the Product Management, Plan Administration and Operations Organization.- Manage the client on-boarding team and ensure that all commitments to clients can be supported by the on-boarding team and are properly prioritized and scheduled. - Work in close collaboration with other CEFS and related executive team members to drive product enhancements and service delivery improvements.- Manage the Client Relationship Managers and will ensure that this team: - in partnership with lead FAs, is the primary voice for communicating with our corporate clients, including systematically communicating the value-add of our services (e.g., quarterly reviews) - in partnership with the Participant Services organization, is identifying opportunities for additional outreach programs that can help us meet our NNM goals - in partnership with the Product Management organization, helps get service related issues resolvedQualifications:- At least 10 years of financial services corporate sales, account management and marketing experience.
