Human Resources Administrator:Our client is a large Securities Lending, Capital Markets focused Hedge Fund.  We are actively conducting a search for an HR Administrator to join their team.  Majority of the position will be relevant to Benefits Administration.  Specific Duties: Administer company offered benefits to US employee population (company paid and voluntary offerings). Perform research, data analysis and  project work.  Provide superior customer service as it relates to benefits; interact with insurance carriers on benefit policies. Reconcile and analyze employee benefits data. Maintain employee benefit elections through HRIS. Advise employees on benefits questions/issues. Draft and review benefits related communication. Participate in projects related to new benefits, enhancements and update census for benefit policy renewals. Apply an innovative approach to benefits administration. Create and maintain organization charts.  Update, create & publish HR collateral, newsletter & website. Maintain HRIS and interface with payroll, maintain benefits and employee deductions. Provide and process new hire and terminated employee paperwork and organize firm's orientation. Create and maintain HR reports including tenure reports, headcount, etc. Administrative Duties: Handle departmental invoices by verifying and reconciling invoices and preparing them for payment. Administer Firm's Charitable Matching Program by communicating guidelines and maintaining correspondence between employee and charitable organizations. Organize various firm wide events such as Take Your Children to Work, Annual Halloween Party, US/UK holiday party exchange and others).Position Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record; GPA Ability to think critically and strategically about a wide range of benefits and programs Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and some experience with an HR system or relational database Excellent written and verbal communication skills/outstanding interpersonal skills High energy, positive and proactive attitude seeking a challenging position Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills Previous benefits and systems experience preferred Position is located in north-west Greenwich, CT.  Compensation is negotiable up to $85K + bonus and comprehensive benefits and perks.
