Ascension Capital Group is seeking Group Managers for our Operations Team. This role is best suited for a manager who enjoys coaching and developing in a fast-paced environment! 

 

As a Group Manager with ACG…..

You will be primarily focused on Account Manager development and coaching to improve quality and productivity on our bankruptcy accounts. You will focus on adherence to company policy and procedures while providing motivation and maintaining morale with your team.

Group Managers have the exciting opportunity to have contact with clients, other departments, outside attorneys and third parties.

· Coordinate and supervise the work flow of your team to ensure accurate and timely processing of bankruptcy accounts  

· Train and monitor processes to ensure appropriate information on all cases assigned is handled in a thorough and prompt manner according to client and company standards and expectations.

· Develop a team environment, maintain high quality standards and lead by example by creating a climate that fosters high performance and job satisfaction.

· Conduct performance assessments and provide ongoing development of associates.

· Provide technical support to team on processes and procedures that impact your department's effectiveness.

Candidates should possess the following:


2+ years of management experience in a financial, credit, collections or call center environment
Bachelors degree in applicable field preferred

Proven success with written, verbal and team setting communications

Proficiency in MS Office
