Front End Developer with .Net

Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute front end user interface for the Bank's websites. Design screen mock-ups, prototypes, banners and other graphics for web pages. Provide usability analysis and user interface design process documentation. Reporting Relationship:This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Interactive and Creative Services.   §  Provide front end development support for the Bank's websites including UI design and navigation.§  Provide user-interface solutions to web projects and enhancements based on business requirements.§  Produce wire frames, comps and/or prototypes for web deliverables. §  Produce wire frames, mock-ups, storyboards and prototypes to communicate usability ideas.§  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, system analysts .§  Assist in analysis of usability.§  Assist in testing as needed.§  Maintain clean coding practices and provide thorough documentation.§  Prepare UI design specifications to ensure branding standards and look and feel quality is maintained.§  Ensure that the Bank's corporate image and identity is maintained in its web presence. Skills/Knowledge:§  Expertise in HTML, DHTML XHTML, XSL, XSLT, XML, CSS, Visual Studio,  XML Spy. Adobe Photoshop required. Experience with  Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat,  Interwoven Teamsite, Javascript, Team Foundation Server and familiarity with .NET environment highly desirable, §  Five years front-end development experience required.§  Three years user-interface design and front end development experience. §  Extensive knowledge in information design, user interface research, usability analysis testing.§  Hands-on experience in web page creation using HTML editors.§  Familiarity with .NET environment, Team Foundation Server, Web 2.0 methodologies.§  Knowledge of styling .NET controls.§  Bachelors degree or equivalent field of study strongly preferred.§  Strong conceptual, strategic, and executional abilities§  Content management experience Interwoven Teamsite.§  Knowledge of ecommerce and transactional website development desirable. §  Cross-platform experience with PC and Macintosh systems, including knowledge of browser compatibility required.§  Excellent communication skills. §  Excellent attention to detail.§ Must be self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
