Front Desk/Administrative Associate

Comprehensive Financial Planning Firm seeks a professional, intelligent, mature, outgoing individual to greet incoming clients, answer incoming calls, file investment paperwork and perform a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast paced environment. Experience with the internet, Excel, databases, and Word are a must. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, accurate, reliable, and able to operate independently.  As a member of the team, this individual needs to be organized, motivated, forward thinking, and a creative problem solver. He/She needs to be able to develop systems and procedures to ensure that our clients are served in the most professional manner possible. This position plays a key role in our ability to deliver consistently high quality services and the individual in this role must have a strong customer service orientation.
