Foreclosure Specialist

Position will be responsible for monitoring of judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. Will manage attorney relationships to ensure that accounts assigned are concluded in a timely manner and CIT's interests are protected. Some knowledge of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure process is beneficial. Must be able to use independent decision-making skills to determine the best course of action to minimize loss to CIT. Must be detailed oriented and possess demonstrated follow-up and organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal abilities and be able to manage multiple priorities. Excel and Word experience is a must. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
