The role of the Director of Consultancy Services is to lead, develop and manage client opportunities, ensuring that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction. You will direct the business and personnel aspects of consulting engagements and be a high-profile influencer within sales efforts both with existing clients and prospective ones. Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the overall and day-to-day business of client projects to ensure quality work products, solutions and deliverables
Manage relationships with clients, maintaining frequent and direct contact with senior level executives
Identify, define, develop and implement a consultancy methodology to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risk, resolve issues and achieve cost savings for CGS and our clients
Manage and expand the current portfolio of consultancy services available to our clients
Share in client, practice and performance management including project team management and the development of our team
Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology
Requirements:
8+ years relevant work experience with a minimum of three years of recent consultancy leadership required
\"Big 5\" consulting experience highly preferred.
Experience in Global IT implementation and integration projects within SaaS solutions,ERP, GRC , CRM or other enterprise solution definition, design, development and delivery
Strong project/program management skills - with PMI qualifications or similar
Sales experience within a software services or consultancy environment
Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and solutions and translate global business technical issues into compelling business benefits
Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, self-motivation
Must be flexible to travel up to 50%
College degree required with advanced degree preferred
