We are currently seeking a full-time recruiter for full life-cycle recruiting for several of their finance-focused consulting practices, including Performance Improvement and Governance, Compliance and Risk.  The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for both project-based and fulltime opportunities within TJG, using existing recruiting tools and direct sourcing methods to target companies.  They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with search vendors, screening and tracking vendor-submitted candidates, minimizing time to fill in a very fast-paced organization.

 

Qualification Requirements:At least 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience Significant experience with finance and accounting related positions required.  Experience recruiting for Business Intelligence technology and solutions design related positions highly desirable.Recruiting in a professional services environment highly desirable Experience in a staffing or search environment also highly desirableStrong organizational skills including ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities Very strong written and verbal communications skills Strong client-facing skills; ability to gather requirements and qualify details Ability to implement a variety of innovative and cost-effective sourcing methods, from web-based sources to direct sourcing Ability to strike a balance between requisition-based and profile recruiting needs Ability to nurture candidates through the hiring cycle Ability to work in a highly responsive and highly demanding environment Able to represent and communicate company’s vision, culture and philosophies
