Your job, as an Operations Manager:Â· Manage the day to day branch operations Â· Manage client issues and complaints on operational mattersÂ· Communicate, implement and ensure compliance with firm operational guidelines and policiesÂ· Monitor and manage operational costsÂ· Support the branch operational risk and audit processÂ· Review and approve account opening and maintenanceÂ· Review and approve funds received and disbursedÂ· Oversee securities received and disbursedÂ· Ensure operational excellence and solve any issues that ariseÂ· Coach and educate all employees on operational policies and procedures and the UBS platform Â· Recruit, select, onboard, train and manage operational support staffÂ· Conduct performance reviews and make personnel decisions such as compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of operational support staff in accordance with firm policy Â· Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating operational support staff on the Client Experience best practices and suitabilityÂ· Act as a client advocate by monitoring client accounts and transactionsÂ· Support and drive strategic firm initiatives Qualifications:Â· 3 years of experience with a leading financial institutionÂ· Series 7, 9, 10, 66 and Insurance license are requiredÂ· Series 3, recommendedÂ· High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree recommended We can offer a stimulating working environment, a culture of mutual respect and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
