We are currently seeking financial proofreaders for a client near downtown Dallas. This is a position with the largest financial printing company in the world. Please read over the job description and fill out the questionaire if this sounds like you!Duties: Proofread financial documents to meet guidelines laid out by the SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission). Work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment. Work individually and as a group member to develop the style of the documents. Utilize the prorietary software and HTML to code different changes in the documents prior to the documents being printed. Other duties as assigned.Requirements: 3+ years of verifiable long-term employment - references will be checked. Ability to use a computer including the Microsoft Suite AND typing speeds of 40+ wpm - testing will be provided. Proofreading experience in Finance is a plus, but any industry will do. Ability to work ANY SHIFT that is offered... This means ANYTIME - if you can not be flexible on your shift, this is not the right position for you.
