Job DutiesCustomer Service oriented individuals responsible for providing service to our shareholders and brokers through on-line account processing. The position entails 100% processing of account information. There is the potential opportunity, based on performance, to move onto an outbound phone queue. There is also the potential to become a technical resource where you would provide assistant to other temporary associates.Skills/ RequirementsRequired SkillsStrong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail PC skills in Windows based environment Basic PC/keyboarding and 10-key calculator Ability to read/interpret/process instruction s from shareholders and brokers and to act on instructions with a high degree of accuracy Ability to effectively learn, retain, and apply new concepts taught Communicate in a an appropriate and respectful manner Punctual, dependable Ability to within established timeframes/deadlines Ability to work within established departments requirements for quality and quantity of work Ability to work a rotational scheduled with the flexibility to schedule changes and ability to work additional hours as needed High level of honesty and integrity Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environmentPreferred SkillsPervious customer experience (Background usually consist of retail or food service industry with some customer service or call center experiences)Data entry or processing experience  Important NotesOther Requirements Positive attitude Willing to be fingerprintedThis is considered a Long Term Temp Position with the opportunity for performance based increases. Shifts will be assigned after the two week training period and all candidates must be flexible with the rotational schedule. All shifts are assigned based on business needs!
