Financial Assistant
Independent wealth management firm is looking for individual to work with firm to set up, maintain and manage our client portfolios. Preparing information for client presentations is a key part of the position.
Position would entail opening and setting up new accounts. Interaction with client on reports and client requests is a must; individual must be comfortable, accurate and anticipatory in client phone contact. Although we have automated trade matching and reconciliation, some manual trade and statement reconciliation is required.
With experience, the right individual would help wealth advisors prepare and allocate capital across assets. Since this is a small firm, everyone answers the phone, and we currently do not employ a full time receptionist.
Total compensation range of $30,000 to $50,000 depending on experience, qualifications and abilities. Although experience is preferred, the right person with the underlying base skills could be hired with no direct financial service experience.
Visit our website at: (www.traditioncm.com) to learn more about us. No calls please.
