These are long-term, temporary positions. Primary responsibilities: Leading finance efforts by defining budget guidelines, analyzing business spending, and conducting budget scrubs Responsible for the financial aspects of monthly rhythm of business process as well as other key rhythms such as mid-year reviews, target cascade to field etc Will prepare monthly financial & variance analyses, forecasts and conduct various adhoc analysis Identify and initiate process improvements and lead analytical projects on revenue, investments, ROI on marketing spend, decision support analysis, headcount, etcRequires: BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred but not required) Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis and financial accounting experience, preferably in a high-tech company Strong PC skills including Excel and Access are required and knowledge of systems like SAP and SQL are strongly preferred The ideal candidate will also show demonstrated experience in developing complex financial models, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis Must possess excellent communication and problem solving skills, be a strong team player with the ability to fit well within a team Candidates must be able to work well with all levels of individuals within the organization and on multiple projects simultaneously with delivery deadlinesEmail resumes to WaResumes@corestaff.com CORESTAFF offers access to a group health plan, which includes medical, dental and vision options.
