Financial Advisor & Wealth Manager – Investment Advisory Experience, Financial Planning Experience & a Consultative Sales Approach as a must:

Networking opportunities within the Trust & Small Business Group.

Referrals provided by existing relationship managers.

Expected First Income in the High Six Figures

Existing accounts transferred to advisor

First year salary plus commissions or combination transition package & salary

Flat guaranteed commission payout

Deferred Compensation Plan in addition to salary & commissions

The position requires experience as a Wealth Manager - Financial Advisor. Prefer Financial Planning & Consultative Sales Experience along experience in dealing with High Net Investors. A track record of demonstrated sales success and past production must be quantifiable –have achieved a current level of success based on length of service. Candidates Must Have a Series 7, 63 & 65 along with Variable Life & Annuity and LAH licenses.
