We have the breadth of experience, global resources, superior assets and deep knowledge and insights to help the CFO create new forms of value and to help our clients become high-performance businesses and governments.  As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance. Job Description: Enterprise Performance Management Hyperion Financial Process Improvement professionals support the clients' leadership and business teams in developing financial strategies and capabilities. Key responsibilities may include:  Participation in business development and proposal activities related to Hyperion/Cognos Planning engagements. Participation in and contribution toward the creation of assets related to best practices, methodologies and knowledge capital centered on the Hyperion/Cognos Planning application. Overall responsibility for the tactical planning and execution of Hyperion/Cognos Planning engagements as well as monitoring and managing engagement scope. Establishment of working relationships with key client personnel at the project management and project oversight levels. Oversight of and participation in application design sessions related to database structure, business rules, reports and security. Oversight of the configuration of Hyperion/Cognos Planning application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules. Preparation, review and approval of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:  80-100% travel is required for this position  4 years of Experience with Hyperion implementations 4 years of working knowledge of and/or experience with ETL tools Aptitude with Microsoft spreadsheet, flow charting and database applications Management of two Hyperion Planning implementations 5 years of budgeting/forecasting best practices and experience to some degree in process re-design engagements.
