We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager

Job Summary
This NA Finance Manager position functions as a member of the North American Financial Planning and Analysis team as a key contributor and responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing organization. The position is responsible for creating and managing the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and reporting/analysis of month end results. This position will work closely with the executive leaders of each team to ensure their financials are aligned with the business targets set, as well as provide support for adhoc needs. The role requires frequent interaction with Executive and Operational management and therefore strong presentation and communication skills are necessary.


Essential Functions
• Team lead supporting 2 Sr. Financial Analysts supporting Sales & Marketing separately
• Sales Compensation design and modeling associated with any changes to existing plans.
• Revenue and pipeline reporting for all of sales. This includes new sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
• Direct ownership of all ad-hoc reporting associated with sales and marketing. This includes ROI analysis on all expenses.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

The following experience will be key to a successful candidate:
• Expertise knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Business knowledge in Sales Operations
• Solid accounting skills, specifically as it relates to month end close cycles

Strong Microsoft Office computer skills, with an expertise in MS Excel.

Qualifications:

The qualifications for the position are:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years related finance experience
• Prior experience with Sales Ops a plus
• Strong functional background of budgeting and planning processes
• Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
