The Compliance Division of Edward Jones is currently seeking an experienced candidate for a Field Supervision Director position located at our St. Louis headquarters. Edward Jones currently serves more than 7 million clients through our network of more than 10,000 individual offices and we are seeking highly motivated, results oriented individuals as we continue to grow and meet the needs of the long-term individual investor.The ideal candidate would be Series 7 licensed for a minimum of 2.5 ¿ 3 years with Regulatory or previous financial sales experience.Responsibilities Supervise and build relationships with our Financial Advisors and branch staff throughout the country. Ensure Financial Advisors and branch staff is compliant with firm policies and FINRA regulations. Educate and explain the "whys" to Financial Advisors behind compliance decisions. Review daily branch trade activity and identify trends. Routinely communicate with Financial Advisors and/or clients. Travel 3-5 weeks per year for supervisory visits. Attend and participate in Regional Events.Requirements Series 7 license MUST be held for a minimum of 2.5 years Series 9, 10, 24 and Insurance License must be obtained within 3 months of hire Bachelor's degree in business-related field is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong conflict-management and problem solving skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to make reasoned judgmentsSubmit an online resume for prompt consideration for this opportunity.
