PIM works with high net worth individuals and their intermediaries (CPAs, financial advisors, consultants, family office, etc.). The associate will assist additional Trust Administration teams as necessary and will also work closely with investment counselors and associates in our portfolio control, mutual funds, and operations areas. Daily responsibilities include all aspects of cash processing such as checking/calculating available cash balances in multiple accounting systems, preparation of requests for wires, checks, or ACH disbursements, and cash transfers. Additional responsibilities include: communicate directives to custodian banks and internal departments; draft correspondence and/or finalize drafted correspondence from the Trust Administrators; follow-up on all tasks to their completion; assist with special projects and the reporting needs of our clients and our business; prepare documentation in the opening/closing of accounts, maintenance of accounts and coordinate this effort with other departments and our custodian banks; attend meetings; assist Trust Administrators/Manager with addressing client and internal inquiries; answer departmental telephones; schedule and set-up meetings and conference calls in an internal system and other duties as identified.Hours 8:00-5:00, overtime may be required.Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in financial service industry, supporting multiple people is preferred Ability to work on and manage multiple projects/tasks with varied and changing priority levels Ability to work well under the pressure of high volume and set and/or aggressive deadlines Ability to follow established procedures, as well as think creatively and solve problems Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills Exceptional organizational and analytical skills Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail Self-directed team player, with strong customer service orientation Solid computer skills required (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; Lotus Notes preferred) College degree preferredWe offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes: Medical, dental and vision coverage effective day one The ability to accrue three weeks vacation in your first year 15% of annual salary plus bonuses contributed by the company to your retirement plan, up to IRS limits Generous educational assistance Annual $400 health and wellness reimbursement Paid, comprehensive training programs Team-oriented working environment Business casual dressWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
