JOB SUMMARY

Perform relationship management responsibilities for assigned credit unions.  Improve our member credit unions’ well-being by providing financial solutions and correspondent services that meet their needs.  Build member loyalty through providing exceptional member service.  Assist members in the areas of account transactions, problem resolution, product/service information, and check processing exceptions.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Maintain and grow relationships with assigned credit unions ($50MM in assets or below).Identify member needs and find Members United solutions to meet those needs.Cross-sell Members United products, services and balance sheet management projects and participate in any goals or special projects.Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales, service and productivity goals.Execute member account transactions, process security purchases and/or sales, assist with account research, and answer account inquiries while seeking ways to enhance the member’s experience.Work with Success Team Partners to funnel leads and provide feed back on correspondent credit unions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or equivalent required, college degree plusTwo + years experience in a customer service/sales environmentFinancial industry experience a plus
