Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993. The Facility Services Mailroom serves as the incoming focal point for campus mail, overnight packages and freight delivery.   The mail team is also responsible for sending media to over 1600 Texas agents.   The Facility Assistant is responsible for: Receiving, sorting and delivering USPS mail to campus employees Receiving and delivering vendor freight and packages to campus employees Providing a high level of customer service   Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn new skills/tasks Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Basic PC operating skills 1-2 years of customer service experience
