Facilities Administrator

Job SummaryAssists in the management of the office facilities of the U.S. headquarters and all field offices.  Assists in the planning and coordination of  the development and alterations of field office rental space throughout the United States.  Assists in the management of  building operations and maintenance at the U.S. Headquarters facility. Main Accountabilities Evaluates, assigns, and schedules construction projects at office locations; reviews project status and ensures timely completion. Coordinates deliveries of office furniture to coincide with construction of new office space. Coordinates contracting, designers, and space planners to ensure new office sites are completed on time and within budget.  Administers lease requirements for headquarters tenants, includes rent collection and lease documentation. Reviews monthly operating expenses for accuracy. Ensures the payment of monthly operating expenses, such as rents, mortgages, construction payments, and other bills. Coordinates with marketing in order to research new locations sites, performs market research for prospective new office locations. A junior level professional with knowledge of facility planning, building and project management.  A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.  3-5 years of relevant experience in project and building management is required.
