As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations, Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance.We are currently seeking management consultants at the Manager and Consultant levels with Process Engineering experience to work in the financial services industry.  Management consulting at Accenture encompasses strategy and business consulting and involves consultants using their industry or functional expertise to identify the business ingredients that can help our clients outperform their peers. Our solutions deliver tangible business outcomes for our clients and are built on both industry and business expertise. Current challenges that you could be assisting our Process Engineering clients to address include:  Helping clients with and / or leading the development of functional Process Engineering strategies resulting from changing priorities or sweeping business changes such as significant growth, globalization, changing risks and new / changing regulations Perform specific analyses based on leading practices across organization, process, technology and human capital to ensure that our clients are best positioned to leverage all of the aspects of a High Performing Finance function within the context of their specific organizations context) Assessing current state and defining target state Process strategies  Defining business cases and roadmap's for Process Engineering initiatives. Assisting clients in identifying and assessing processes to leverage their investments to provide more value-added capabilities. Identifying opportunities to more closely align or integrate processes across business groups, including the front-office, finance and operations areas. Determining appropriate Process technology / software solutions to meet the clients specific business requirements and target capabilities Key responsibilities may include:  Guiding the client through Process Engineering strategy development Guiding the client through specific Process problem definition and issue identification based upon problem solving principles and past experience  Diagnosis of the Client's current capabilities Guiding the client through planning driver identification utilizing value analysis and value driver decomposition  Support business architecture implementation activities Design the solution and conducting the business solution testing and deployment plans Monitor the achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes Qualifications Basic Qualifications:  80-100% travel is required for this position Bachelor's Degree required 2 plus years of experience in the Insurance Industry4 plus years of deep skills in the development of Process based solutions including at least 2 of the following areas: Understanding of finance related processes in the Insurance industry Understanding of the financial and non-financial factors impacting Processes Understanding of current events impacting the Insurance Industry Knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Working Capital Reduction Experience with technology solutions including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion and Cognos Outcome focused Excellent communication and facilitation Ability to interact effectively with senior-level client executives Effective team management and leadership Preferred Qualifications:  MBA Public speaking/presentation skills, solid oral and written communication capabilities  To submit resume online Click Here  Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
