As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations, Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance. Job Description Enterprise Performance Management Hyperion Financial Planning Improvement professionals support the clients' leadership and business teams in developing financial strategies and capabilities. Key responsibilities may include: â€¢ Preparation and facilitation of application design sessions related to database structure, business rules, reports and security• Configuration of Hyperion/Cognos Planning application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules• Leadership of individual work streams associated with a Hyperion/Cognos Planning implementation. Examples include: Test Cycle Lead, Application Configuration and Unit Testing Lead, Training Lead, Budgeting/Forecasting Process Lead• Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities• Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides Qualifications Basic Qualifications: â€¢ 80-100% travel is required for this position • 2 years or more working with the Hyperion Planning application• 2 years or more of working knowledge of Hyperion technical architecture• 1 year or more of aptitude with Microsoft spreadsheet, flow charting and database applications• Three years of experience minimum in Budgeting/Forecasting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis processes• Bachelor's Degree required Preferred Qualifications: â€¢ MBA or CPA or CFA• Hyperion/Cognos Planning Application Administration/Configuration training.  Certification from Hyperion/Cognos is preferred.• 3 or more Hyperion or Cognos implementations are preferred.• Hyperion upgrade experience preferred• Experience with Web based applications and tools All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.  You'll also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization.  We offer a variety of formal and informal training programs at every level to help you acquire and build specialized skills faster.
