About the Position:

Stop making your Broker/Banker rich. Work with a company that has the best compensation, technology, and resources. We are looking for experienced loan officers to join our team. FHA, VA, Reverse, Conventional, Jumbo, Super Jumbo, Commercial, Hard Money. Weekly Paychecks. Complete Broker Supportâ€”we are here to help. 100% commission split. Access to numerous lenders. Free Calyx Point Software. Searchable lender database. Company processing available. Loan officer website (login, pwd required) with various resources that allow you to work from home.

We have two compensation plans for you to pick from:

Plan 1:

Close as many loans as you want and keep 100% of the commissions. We will only collect $495 from your fist loan closing every month not per file. This plan is perfect for the high volume producer--imagine the potential!!

Plan 2:

$395 per funded loan will be collected as our fee. This plan is perfect if you are not doing a lot of volume but still want to originate loans part time.

WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR FHA OR VA LOANS. OUR FEES AND COMMISSION STRUCTURE IS THE SAME FOR CONVENTIONAL, VA, AND FHA.
