Although independent, each company works in cooperation with other Stanford affiliates to provide coordinated wealth management programs for clients worldwide. POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the General Counsel, this results driven, motivated individual will assist the General Counsel's office as a Executive Legal Assistant, working in a fast-paced environment. Perform general clerical duties such as copying, filing, faxing and typing Process invoices for payment, ensuring proper approvals Answer all incoming phone calls, screen and distribute messages. Develop and maintain organized file systems Schedule and confirm appointments Prepare and send communications under the guidance of the Manager Make hotel accommodations, flight arrangements, ground transportation and any additional arrangement for trips. Coordinate internal meetings and inquiries directed to the Executive Department. Maintain contact with legal staff in North America and Latin American regions. LI>Required Skills: High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
