Prominent corporation located in Thousand Oaks (Ventura County) is seeking an experienced temp-to-hire transactional/executive secretary to support their executive management team.The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of redlining and traditional executive assistant duties, i.e. phones, calendaring, tape transription and heavy revising/editing transactional documents/correspondence, travel arrangements, board meetings, etc. The candidate must have experience dealing with highly confidential matters. General company requirements:(1) Type at least 65 wpm;(2) Possess at least 7-10 years of solid executive assistant experience at a mid-sized to large law firm or corporation or financial institution; (3) Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, esp.
