Galleria area financial firm has an immediate need for an experienced Executive Assistant. Excellent opportunity to work in a highly desirable environment. $40-50K depending upon experience. DIRECT HIRE.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Making extensive travel arrangements
- Preparing client reports involving confidential financial information
- Preparing expense reports
- Coordinating various compliance requirements
- Interacting in person and over the phone with high net-worth individuals

Qualified candidates will possess: 5 yrs corporate experience supporting senior level executives Prefers notary- strong plus Detailed, focused, excellent follow through skills Must be comfortable working with high net worth clients
