This position will be located in the West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office.RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements, maintaining a tracking system for action items, and following through with all necessary arrangements for both off-site and on-site meetings, including arranging catering and equipment needs. Preparing itineraries, agendas, and expense reports. • Preparing presentation materials, including assisting with creation and preparation of customized materials.• Organizing and maintaining marketing materials on the shared drive.• Maintaining managers’ calendars for all meetings and appointments.• Execute daily trading instructions and update model portfolios• Updating and distributing FactSet reports• Assisting managers in responding to client requests for material and information and ensuring follow through for client satisfaction. • Assisting in coordinating work with Portfolio Management Support personnel, to update and produce quarterly reports and letters for distribution.• Providing telephone coverage, responding to inquiries, properly routing calls and taking detailed messages.• Collecting and distributing news and analyst reports on portfolio holdings.• Word processing (primarily letters and memos) from both hard and soft copy, which includes proofing, formatting, and correcting.• Opening, reviewing and prioritizing incoming mail, email, and faxes, and taking appropriate action.• Maintaining filing systems.• Photocopying and distributing inter-office materials.• Performing related duties as assigned.Skills Required:• Three to five years experience in a related position.• Bachelors Degree preferred• Investment Management industry experience a plus.• Flexible attitude with the willingness to take on new projects.• Able to work with little or no supervision and have the ability to withstand criticism.• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and attention to detail• Highly service-oriented individual with the ability to work well as part of a team.• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities under pressure. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Strong knowledge of personal productivity and presentation software applications, including Word and Power Point. The ability to learn and use applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and in-house database programs..
