Essential Duties: Answer phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of senior partner Write and proofread memos and letters Assist with detailed research Manage complex travel arrangements Assist with completion of financial reports Build complex MS Powerpoint presentations for investor meetings Complete special projects as requested

Requirements: 4 year college degree, or equivalent experience Excellent software skills- Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Professional phone demeanor Must be able to work independently Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
