Exchange Fee Analyst

The role of the Exchange Fee Business Analyst is to ensure that any inquiries regarding fees and the Fee System from clearing firms, members, other external customers and other CME Group departments are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The major areas of responsibility include: understanding and explaining fee policies, analyzing fee adjustments and trends, processing manual rebate requests, coordinating training and tracking feedback for potential system enhancements. The Exchange Fee Business Analyst assists in the creation and maintenance of Fee System user manuals and other system/process documentation. This person is also responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the Fee System to ensure that fees for trades processed through the CME Clearing House are accurately calculated and billed.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting with minimum 2 years of work experience, or 2+ years of related industry experience required. Must be proficient working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word.
