Entry-Level Admin/Operations Opportunities:

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate, or Graduate Student.

 

Candidates must be well spoken and professional in demeanor as well as appearance as these individuals will be the first to greet clients and other professional advisors.

 

Both positions require strong verbal and written communication skills.  Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.   Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. No experience required, college graduate preferred. 

 

Entry-Level Administrative Assistant

 

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  Processing transaction correspondence Working as part of a team to service clients' needs Answering the phone and greeting clients Opening and filing the mail Scheduling Appointments/Travel Arrangements Ordering office supplies

 

 

Entry-Level Operations and Account Administration

Position responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Data Entry of Account Transactions and Assets Monthly Reconciliation Report Generation Paperwork for New Accounts Working as part of a team to service clients' needs  Answering the phone and greeting clients
