Enrollment Coordinator/Customer Service Rep 3

Job Description: Business Payroll Services (BPS), part of the Diversified Products Group within Wells Fargo, is in search of an Enrollment Coordinator (Customer Service Rep 3) to join their team in Bloomington, MN. Responsible for reviewing new sales kits prior to implementation, working with sales representatives to collect missing information, tracking statistical data and performing other various administrative functions. We are seeking an energetic and experienced customer service professionals to join our entrepreneurial environment as we grow our business, and help our customers grow their businesses. . Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years experience in customer service or related field. Excellent verbal communication skills a must. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required. Demonstrated ability to be highly accurate. Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment required.Must be able to work with confidential information Preferred Skills: Payroll background preferred.
