JOB SUMMARY

Primary responsibility is to assist the Emerald Card Group with completing day-to-day functions and projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, processing paperwork on disputed claims, managing case notes, working a variety of reports and assisting with other operational duties.

 

JOB DUTIESProvides assistance with processing Affidavits on dispute claims received on the Emerald Prepaid MasterCard; Accounts. This includes generating the Affidavit and assisting with the claim once the Affidavit has been received.  Manages Clarify cases by assisting with the opening, closing, and updating of case notes on all pending claims. Responsible for processing all non-deliverable Emerald cards, which have been returned to our PO Box. This includes coding each account accurately and destroying each card.  Actively monitors and works a number of reports on a daily basis. Assists the Emerald Group with completing projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.



JOB REQUIREMENTSAssociates degree or equivalent through a combination of education and work experience. Two years of bank card operations/retail banking/call center operations. Ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the team. Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A strong desire and willingness to learn the components of the business and contribute to the value of the team. Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group. Strong data entry skills. Proven navigation in Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, and Outlook
