Colonial Life has an immediate opening for the position of District Sales Manager for our Northern California Territory.  Position Title: District Sales ManagerReports To: Territory ManagerCompensation: 1099 income General Summary:The District Manager is expected to grow regional sales on a broad base using new and existing accounts. Manage Sales force including Assistant District Managers. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:• Build and execute a business plan that addresses the marketing, recruiting, and sales strategy for the agency area so that sales and growth goals are attained.• Conduct field training for account openers, enrollers and coordinators. • Reporting of activities and results to field management and home office.• Commit to Professional Growth through attending Colonial College. Requirements: Demonstrated Success in a similar role with either Colonial or comparable company.Demonstrated Leadership Skills.Strong Planning SkillsStrong Sales Ability.State insurance License. Colonial is the market leader in benefits communication, enrollment and customer service while providing supplemental insurance to employees and their families at the work site.  Colonial is virtually three companies in one!
