Director of Revenue Cycle
Position Information Responsible for the day-to-day operations of revenue cycle departments including patient access, business office, health information, patient accounts, and financial counseling. Oversees approximately 200 FTEs with the support of three direct reports. Reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Qualified candidates will have a background in revenue cycle within a hospital offering a broad spectrum of services. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. The successful candidate will be self directed, progressive leaders, and able to translate strategic objectives into operational goals. Hospital Information The facility is a 409-bed, financially sound, non-profit, Joint Commission-accredited medical center offering a variety of services including a cancer center, women’s health, rehabilitation, orthopedics, emergency and a level two trauma center. This hospital has been serving the 10-county region for over 85 years and is a member of Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP).
