The individual will plan, direct, and administer all college/university programs globally, as well as all First Data sponsored internship programs, while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices. This position will also be responsible for designing and maintaining the content of the First Data Careers website, ensuring that the First Data employment brand is marketed prominently and is consistent with the companys strategic direction. The HR leader may manage a team of Human Resources professionals to execute on Human Resources and business aligned plans.
