SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESDirects the framework and delivery of best practices to align IT services with the current and future needs of the business and its users. Sets standards for managing support and change deliverables and prioritizing initiatives to ensure that business objectives are met and services are providing towards the company goals. Leads management efforts to identify, capture, analyze and communicate IT service information to support effective program and project decisions and initiatives Monitors compliance with key internal controls to ensure that support and change processes are properly documented, approved, tested and meet audit inspections Creates, monitors and manages the department capital, labor and expense budgets to support company financial objectives. Leads the development of strategic objectives for Enterprise Service Management in support of company goals. Aligns Enterprise Service Management personnel within the IT services operations and all projects in support of business needs. Sets direction for the collection and review of key IT metrics to be used as the basis for continual assessment and identification process improvement opportunities. Responsible for all department personnel actions including performance management, employee development, promotions, recruiting, hiring and terminations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in an Information Technology related field is required and a minimum of 15 years experience in Information Technology management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
