Director, Business Process
Decisions are guided by resource availability, functional objectives, and organization strategic goals. Individual is accountable for the performance and results of the process team as well as the overall changes to business results.
1.) Leads and directs the development of sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
2.) Provides leadership to managers and / or professional staff in organization-wide process improvement efforts.
3.) Develops department plans, including business, and / or organizational priorities.
4.) Performs other duties as assigned.
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
8 or more years experience in process improvement efforts. Previous management experience preferred.
