Directeur des Ressources humaines / Manager, Human Resources
L'équipe des Ressources humaines de Computershare agit à titre de partenaire stratégique dans la gestion de notre ressource la plus importante, c.-à-d. notre personnel. L'équipe travaille de concert avec les gestionnaires de tous les niveaux et de toutes les divisions, leur offrant des connaissances professionnelles, des conseils et du soutien concernant les questions de gestion des personnes. L'équipe assure le soutien complet en matière de ressources humaines, et ce, à tous les bureaux de Computershare au Canada.
Sommaire du poste :
En collaboration avec le vice-président des Ressources humaines et l'équipe de direction de Montréal, le titulaire du poste participera au succès et à la rentabilité de la succursale de Montréal en facilitant et en mettant en œuvre des programmes et des initiatives de ressources humaines qui favorisent l'embauche, le perfectionnement et la gestion des employés.
Responsabilités principales :
Assurer un soutien stratégique en matière de ressources humaines afin de veiller à ce que les activités des Ressources humaines se conforment à la stratégie canadienne et aux initiatives des divisions.
Assurer le leadership et donner une orientation, de l'encadrement, du soutien et des lignes directrices à l'équipe de direction de Montréal pour tout ce qui concerne le personnel.
Participer à l'évolution et à la mise en œuvre continues de la stratégie des Ressources humaines.
Superviser l'administration des programmes et des services des Ressources humaines.
Diriger, gérer et perfectionner l'équipe locale des Ressources humaines, qui comprend deux (2) professionnels des Ressources humaines et un (1) spécialiste en recrutement.
Collaborer avec ses pairs de l'équipe des Ressources humaines afin d'élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des pratiques, des politiques et des initiatives de ressources humaines qui mettent l'accent sur l'amélioration continue.
Veiller au respect de l'ensemble des lois et des programmes provinciaux.
Se tenir au courant des tendances émergentes dans le domaine des ressources humaines ainsi que des meilleures pratiques de ce domaine; communiquer avec ses pairs des Ressources humaines, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur de Computershare, pour faire en sorte que les politiques et les pratiques de notre société soient toujours actuelles et concurrentielles.
Formation et compétences :
Diplôme collégial et/ou universitaire en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
Cinq (5) à huit (8) ans d'expérience de travail dans des postes de prestation de services en ressources humaines à plusieurs divisions d'un organisme, cette expérience étant caractérisée par l'importance grandissante de vos responsabilités et de vos succès.
Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience de leadership.
Les titres de CRHA/CIA sont des atouts.
Parler couramment le français et l'anglais.
L'exposition à l'efficacité organisationnelle est un atout. Cela peut inclure la planification stratégique, la gestion de la relève, le développement organisationnel ou du leadership, la gestion du changement ou du rendement, l'évaluation et les mesures.

Computershare's Human Resources team serves as a strategic partner in the management of our most valuable resource - people. The team works in partnership with all levels of management to provide professional knowledge, advice and support on people management issues across all business units. The team is responsible for full HR support for all Computershare offices in Canada.
Position Summary:
Working in partnership with the VP, Human Resources and the Montreal management team, this position will contribute to the success and profitability of the Montreal business unit through the facilitation and deployment of HR programs and initiatives that support the acquisition, development and management of our people.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR support ensuring that HR activities are aligned with the Canadian strategy and the initiatives of the various business units.
Provide leadership, direction, coaching, support and guidance to Montreal management team on all people related issues.
Provide input into the ongoing evolution and delivery of the HR strategy.
Oversee the administration of HR programs and services.
Lead, direct and develop the local HR team - two HR professionals and 1 Recruitment Specialist.
Partner with peers across the HR Team to develop and implement HR practices, policies and initiatives with a specific focus on continuous improvement.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to all provincial laws and programs.
Maintain an awareness of emerging trends and best practices in HR and liaison with HR peers, both within and outside of Computershare to ensure policies and practices remain current and market competitive.
Qualifications:
University and/or college degree/diploma in human resources, business or related fields.
5 - 8 years progressively responsible experience and success in delivering HR services to business areas within an organization.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
CHRP/SHRP designation is preferred.
Fully fluent in English and French.
Exposure to organizational effectiveness an asset. This could include the following areas: strategic planning; succession management; leadership development; organizational development; change management, performance management; assessment and metrics.
