Within Deutsche Bank, the Global Markets Division is responsible for the origination, sale, structuring and trading of fixed income, equity, commodity, foreign exchange, derivative and money market products. The TMG (Transaction Management Group) group is a newly formed team comprised of what was previously the Middle Office group within Operations and Finance. TMG is part of the firm's Global Markets Business and is closely aligned to ensure the timely and accurate booking & confirmation of both Derivatives and Securities transactions. The newly formed TMG team reports directly into the Front Office.  The division is responsible for managing trades from trade capture, trade and sales support to lifecycle management.

 

DEBT/ CASH TRADE CAPTURE -AVP

Responsibilities Include:

·  Manage team of 4 people

·  Train and develop new team members

·  Formulate and implement Policies and Procedures

·  Monitor daily tasks/deliverables for completion, timeliness and accuracy as follows:

· Coordinate with Relationship Management (N.Y.) to obtain / review Customer Recap's for:

Ø Block Level Trade Capture  

Ø Allocation Level Trade Capture

· Ensure block level trade capture matches perspective trading desk.

· Maintain Cash Trade Capture In box (Allocated/Unallocated)

· Liaison with TMG Trade support & Relationship Management to resolve transaction discrepancies

· Monitor intra – day trade capture matching tools to ensure timely reconciliation of un-matched trades

 

IMPORTANT: Trained to understand fundamentals of both TMG trade support and relationship mgmt in lieu of a disaster situation for coverage.

 

Skills Required:

· College Degree with understanding of Financial Markets & Products

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficient in Excel / Word

· Work well in a team environment

· Reconciliation skills and ability to provide summary recaps

· Understanding of life cycle of a trade

· Understanding of impact of a trade
