We need a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative for Primax. In this position, you will be the one who answers inbound phone calls from merchants; troubleshoots credit card terminals; researches merchant transactions; reviews and monitors reports; maintains call center database.
Qualifications
Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records notes on each call.
Uses logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Ensures that the customer receives superior service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.
Ability to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Available to work after hours and weekends, as required.
1-2 years of experience in customer or client service position.
