 Duties and Responsibilities:

 Handling in bound calls, faxes, and e-mails relating to customers and prospects.Assuring timely responses to customer inquiries.Supporting retail branch office operations and promoting strong working relationships with customers, field personnel and corporate support staffs.Understand and apply our business processes to your personal style.Assist management with the creation of reports and other administrative duties as assigned.

 Required Experience:

 

a. Exceptional Customer Service Skills and a Positive Attitude.

b.  1-3 years of experience in a call center.

c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

d.  Detail oriented, problem solver.

e. Ability to work independently and in a group.

f. Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

 

 Education and Training:

 Two or four year college degree preferred.Bilingual preferred. Hands on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience with Microsoft Access a plus.Knowledge of ERP Systems a plus.

 Compensation: Competitive salary.

 Immediate eligibility for 401K participation with eligibility for Medical and Dental coverage commencing after 90 days of employment.

 Current work hours: five 8hr shifts per week; may include nights, weekends and holidays.
