JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for answering inbound customer service calls regarding supplemental insurance products.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivers timely, accurate customer service.  Responsible for receiving inbound calls. .  Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Meets and maintains productivity and quality standards.  Able to meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED:  High school diploma or equivalent.  Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years as a telephone and/or online customer service representative.  Excellent customer service skills.  Proficiency with a computer.  Basic typing skills. Required Experience
