Position Description:Company BackgroundAn established company with an entrepreneurial spirit, CareScout is a healthcare information and services division of Genworth Financial based in Wellesley, MA that has been dedicated to helping Americans make informed eldercare decisions for 10 years. The Company connects people/ patients nationwide to the most appropriate senior care providers at preferred rates. Core clients include: large insurance carriers, liability underwriters, employee benefits companies and families. Customer Service Associates serve as initial point of contact for all callers and must provide excellent customer service, which is critical to our success. The callers may be individual consumers, long term care insurance carriers or other companies, and their service needs may vary considerably. All Customer Service Associates provide information in response to inquiries about CareScout’s various services. Communications is primarily telephonic but also includes: email, fax, and regular mail. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Associate will be cross trained in all product lines and learn business skills that result in positive customer experience for all services provide by CareScout. Duties include but are not limited to the following:Handle all client calls and forward caller to appropriate party or obtain basic information to create electronic client record for Care Support Services application/software Support internal teams by producing and delivering client materials as requested Verifying Network Provider information and update database as appropriate Complete daily tasks to meet internal and external service level agreements Basic Qualifications:College graduate (BA or BS) or 5 years customer service experience Proficient with basic computer applications such as MS Office, email, desktop faxing and other office procedures Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with proven commitment to customer service High integrity and an eagerness to learn Professional, upbeat, friendly, goal oriented with a strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, including the ability to respond and resolve customer concerns quickly.
