Purpose of position
1. Responsible for responding to a volume of customer inquiries and requests by phone or other channels
2. Able to fully service the customer with any question regarding their auto insurance coverage.
3. Provides exceptional customer service at all times with every call and other contacts.
4. Responsible for researching customer problems and ensure a once and done environment by providing first contact resolution.
5. Processes a variety of policy changes, such as but not limited to, changing vehicles, drivers, rating, addresses, marital status, reinstatements, providing quotes, etc.
6. Conducts Coverage Reviews by customizing insurance programs to suit individual customers, explaining and reviewing a variety of coverages on the policy.
7. Responds to policyholder inquiries regarding billing questions and is responsible for explaining details about the insured’s policy, including but not limited to, policy contracts, surcharges, reinstatement procedures, and rate adjustments.
8. Able to solve complex underwriting problems and accurately interpret insurance guidelines over the phone.
9. Performs up-selling and cross-selling of various products offered by 21st or AIG companies that we partner with, including but not limited to, homeowners, renters, autopay enrollment, refer a good friend, or any other specialized policies.
10. Acts with integrity and in compliance with the 21st Century/AIG Insurance Group Corporate Compliance Program. Responds promptly and accurately to requests by Company Management, the Executive Compliance Committee and/or inside or outside auditors for Representations of Compliance as described in this paragraph.

We are currently seeking to fill 15 positions with the following shifts available:
Sunday-Thursday 11:00am to 8:00pm
Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm to 11:30pm
You will be provided 6 weeks of training that will be held Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
