Description:ResponsibilitiesGeneral Statement of Duties: This position ensures the flawless strategy delivery of credit marketing programs through the clarification of program requirements, management of all timelines and execution tasks, communication of key deliverables, and quality control. Assists in the overall collaboration with Client Sales to develop marketing campaign best practices. Projects may include any or all of the following tasks: collateral development, inventory management, program requests to Insights and Solutions, auditing, RSM communication, vendor management, system set-ups, and collection of program results for publishing.Supervision Received: Reports to Senior Marketing Services Coordinator or Services ManagerSupervision Exercised: No supervision exercisedExamples of Duties: (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed, nor do that listed examples include all that may be found in this job.)Relationship Management: Assists in the collaboration with Client Sales to develop marketing campaign best practices. Responsible for program communication related to project tasks to both internal and external clients and vendors. Credit Marketing Campaigns: Responsible for the execution of credit marketing programs for Alliance Datas clients including the development of detailed program designs and project time lines. Provides solutions resulting in successful program execution.Collateral Management: Leads development and print production process of collateral development while ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained. Program Management: Participates in or attends technical and marketing program meetings including new client implementations. Responsible for follow-up of project deliverables. Develop and present materials for related projects. Quality Control: Responsibilities include the auditing of files and marketing campaign output to ensure successful program execution.Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of QMF, TSO Roscoe and/or View and Deliver like systems. Knowledge of or aptitude to learn Retail Marketing systems. Knowledge and understanding of Credit Marketing principles and results analysis. Proficient skill with all Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project. Good analytical skills with proven ability to extract insights from data. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Aptitude for detail, following a process, maintaining accuracy and consistency when completing job responsibilities. Skill in working with data. Ability to organize tasks and react to shifting priorities without compromising assigned tasks. Ability to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels internally as well as with other departments and external clients and vendors. Ability to research data. Ability to work independently. Ability to identify and resolve issues and problems.
