To support the growth of our technology organization, we are actively seeking an experienced recruiter on a contract basis for approximately three to six months. The contract recruiter will be responsible for creatively sourcing, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates to fill experienced level positions within our technology organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity and provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will utilize their knowledge of multiple recruiting resources to develop and execute various recruiting strategies. Essential Functions Manage full life cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions within our Technology department; Meet established hiring targets and maintain compliance with established reporting structurePartner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity, the culture of the department and growth opportunities available; provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Understand job duties as well as technology and business requirementsUtilize knowledge of innovative recruiting sources to actively & creatively source, screen, evaluate and network with candidatesCreate and execute various recruiting strategies designed to meet the needs of assigned lines of business as well as to maintain an active pipeline of candidates Develop and maintain strong client, candidate, and vendor relationships; manage a network of recruitment and referral resources as a part of the recruitment process to fill open positionsOrganize, lead and document post-interview feedback sessions Lead the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruitingExtend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy and perform detailed background checksMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interviewer feedback and other recruiting activities Required/Preferred Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of high volume recruiting experience required. Technical recruitment experience in an agency and/or corporate setting strongly preferred; experience recruiting within the financial services industry a plusDemonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of Information Technology positions (systems engineers, programmers, business analysts, project managers, etc.) requiredProficiency with employment interviewing techniques and applicant appraisal necessaryOutstanding client service, organizations, negotiation and communication skills requiredProficiency with web-based recruiting software required; experience utilizing Brass Ring preferredFamiliarity with on-line recruiting technology and candidate sourcing tools criticalDemonstrated oral presentation and written communication skills necessaryExcellent relationship management skills, enabling the development of successful networks within technology management, staffing teams and HR partners requiredAbility to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced environment, adhering to established guidelines essentialMust be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexibleThe ability to showcase SIG's business, culture and opportunities in a professional manner essentialBroad understanding of HR practices and related employment laws and regulations including EEO, ADA, and wage and hour laws necessaryBachelors Degree preferred* Apply Salary/Benefits At SIG, our employees are our most valued assets.
