Contingent Workforce Analyst
null The Employee Recruiting Team at LPL Financial is looking for a talented and dynamic individual for our Contingent Workforce Analyst position. Primary responsibilities include: Contingent Labor (CL): • Manage Contingent Labor work force of 300 - 400 individuals focused primarily in technical positions, operations, or service center skills sets. • Manage system processes, requisitions, development of vendor database, and external relationships with agencies. • Manage internal client relationships with Business Technology Services and Broker Dealer Support Services. • Manage reporting activities of external agencies, auditing systems, and administration of vendor reports. • Manage CL established contracts and guidelines, negotiate rates for new contracts, and manage expenses. Systems, Reporting and Analysis: • Administration of vendor staffing system, including: - Customization/enhancements/Optimization - System analysis - Troubleshooting • Manage reports and metrics from Vendors. • Collaborate with other teams within Human Capital. • Audit CL requisitions in database. • Perform data entry of requisitions. Project and Process Management: • Act as the point of contact for CL vendors. • Manage vendor relationships and external Employee Recruiting vendors. • Manage iRecruiter (by iCIMS) database and requisitions. • 4+ years experience in project administration/reporting, workforce management, systems development, database management, or related role. • Highly proficient in large scale Enterprise Systems (ERP), web development tools/methodologies, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Advanced Excel and ERP reporting skills required, (Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.). • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to interact well with individuals at all levels of management, internal and external. • Strong analytical, organizational, technical, written and oral communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve issues independently. • Must be a team player.
